Welcome to Casumo. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services when you play at Casumo Casino, including our website, our Casumo casino app, and any related products we offer. Separate group entities operate certain other markets, including Recro Limited for the UK, Rabbit Entertain IT Ltd. for Germany, and Keep Limited for the rest of Europe. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Gibraltar, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

We only accept registrations from players who are at least 19 years of age or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept any payment method available in your jurisdiction, shown within your account. The minimum qualifying deposit for our welcome offer is $10, and individual payment methods may carry their own minimum deposit requirements, which we display in the deposit section of your account. Where deposit processing fees apply, we show these clearly during the deposit process.

We pay withdrawals through the same method used to deposit wherever possible. Where you deposited via an e-wallet or similar method, we reserve the right to pay winnings only to a bank account or credit card held in your own name. We only make payouts to the registered account holder. We may cancel a withdrawal request to enforce a closed-loop payment policy, to require withdrawal via a particular method, or to redirect funds to another payment means belonging to you, or we may refund an equivalent deposit amount instead.

Maximum winnings across all games are capped at €200,000 (two hundred thousand euros) per player per day, regardless of the amount staked and regardless of whether this results from a single bet or multiple bets. This cap does not apply to progressive jackpot wins, which we pay in full. Bonus Money and funds remaining in an aborted game round cannot be withdrawn. We may charge an administration fee of 5% of the deposit amount where the stake placed was small relative to the deposit. We apply additional verification to payouts exceeding pre-defined thresholds and to cumulative deposits exceeding £2,000 or the equivalent in another currency. We aim to approve or deny a withdrawal attempt within three days; cancelled withdrawals return to your account balance and may be played again.

Welcome Bonus and Casumo Bonus Codes

We currently offer two welcome bonuses to new players registering outside Ontario. Our first Casumo welcome bonus is a 100% Deposit Bonus up to $1,000, credited instantly, plus 100 Bonus Spins on Gates of Olympus. The minimum qualifying deposit is $10, opt-in is required at the time of deposit, and this offer is limited to one per player, household, IP address, or set of payment details. Your 100 spins are credited in five daily batches of 20, with a bet value between $0.20 and $1.00 each, expiring seven days after being credited. Both the deposit and bonus amount carry a 30x wagering requirement, to be completed within 28 days, with a maximum stake of $5 per spin while the bonus remains active. You must claim this offer within 30 days of registration, and any bonus funds unused after 60 days of activation will be forfeited.

Our second welcome offer matches your first deposit up to $500 and includes 75 Free Spins on 9 Masks of Fire Hyperspins, subject to 30x wagering with a spin value between $0.50 and $5.00. In both cases, your cash balance and cash winnings can be withdrawn at any time, but withdrawing before wagering is complete will forfeit the bonus, the Bonus Spins, and any winnings derived from them. Only bets placed after bonus activation count towards your wagering requirement.

Other Promotions and Casumo Casino Bonuses

Bonus Abuse

We treat the following as bonus abuse and reserve the right to void winnings and close accounts accordingly:

• Opening multiple or third-party accounts
• Placing equal, zero, or low-margin bets to circumvent wagering requirements
• Placing a single bet of 20% or more of the bonus value before wagering is met
• Wagering on excluded games
• Collusion or software manipulation
• Masking your IP address or using a VPN
• Delaying a game round until wagering is met or further funds are deposited

Inactive Accounts and Player Funds

If your account is not accessed for 12 consecutive months while holding a real-money balance, we will charge £5 per month, or the currency equivalent, for as long as a positive balance remains, and we will notify you by e-mail up to a month before charges begin. We hold player funds in segregated accounts with a licensed financial institution, separate from company funds, so that your money is protected in the event of our insolvency.

Our Games

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or business practices. We will publish the updated version on our website, and continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
